Wilbur W. Brannon is Office of the Ministries director for the Evangelism and Church Growth Division, International Headquarters, Church of the Nazarene, in Kansas City, Missouri, a position he has held since 1982.
Rev. Brannon holds a Th.B. from Bethany Nazarene College, a B.A. from Goshen College, and an M.A. from Ouchita Baptist University, where he graduated in 1967. He received his D.D. from the Nazarene Bible College.
Rev. Brannon was an evangelist for 11 years, then began his pastoral career in Seminole, Oklahoma. He moved to First Church, Hot Springs, Oklahoma, where he served for seven years; to Orlando, Florida, for six years; then to Lansing, Michigan, to First Church for one year, Point Loma Community for one year before serving Liberty Towers Church in Sacramento, California, for five years. He was then named to his present position with the International Headquarters, Church of the Nazarene.
