Jim Egli has been involved in training, writing, and cell ministry since 1978. He has co-authored severn books on leadership and evangelism including the most recent, The I-Factor:How to Influence Your World.

Mr. Egli is currently Small Group Pastor at Champaign Vineyard, Urbana, Illinois. Mr. Egli was instrumental in the success of the 1994 ASCG Conference in Houston, Texas, in the society's first year under the leadership of Dr. Kent R. Hunter of the Church Growth Center, Corruna, Indiana.
